On the third day of the Paris Air Show, Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury was the guest of Les 4 Vérités on Thursday, June 19.

In the middle of the Paris Air Show, which has been taking place since Monday, June 16, the CEO of Airbus is already revealing the good figures for the group's order book. "It's a good start, after three days, we have about 240 signatures, including 140 firm ones, which is a lot," Guillaume Faury rejoices. "A good show " that could bring in a lot of money for the aircraft manufacturer. "It's 100 million for a short or medium-haul aircraft and 250 million for a long-haul aircraft," estimates the CEO.

Guillaume Faury also discussed the future of the company, particularly the "successor" to the A320, the "greatest success in commercial aviation." "We intend to launch the program for its successor at the end of this decade, so around 2030, for entry into service in the second half of the next decade," he said.
